Consciousness is a sixteen-minute animation that uses no sets or actors, only type. The story involves a computer that gains consciousness and the two programmers who must decide its fate. It was written, produced, and directed by Josh Feldman, who also did custom typeface design and music for the project.

Josh Feldman is a graphic designer, filmmaker, musician, and multimedia artist living in San Francisco. He has a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and has been working in the graphic design/multimedia field for seven years.
